Some wear at the extremities and light chipping to the front panel, but bold, bright colors on the dust jacket. Edited by Wallace Stegner who has written a chapter. The book, with contributions from several notable naturalists, was written when the federal government sought to dam the Green and Yampa Rivers near Dinosaur National Monument in Utah. This is Taiwan pirate edition published at some point after the American first edition was printed. Angle of Repose won the Pulitzer Prize for fiction in 1972. A slightly smaller format than the original Doubleday edition. An interesting item in that it is not recorded in the Colberg bibliography of Stegner. [Book #27722]
