London: Abacus, 1997. Paperback. Uncorrected Proof. This is an uncorrected proof of the first British edition of the first book by Wallace. Close to fine condition with a bit of wear to the front cover. An unread copy. The British edition was published about 10 years after the U.S. edition was published. It was a paperback original. It was the first book published by the late author and grew out of his English master's thesis he wrote while attending Amherst College. He was 24 when the book came out.
